Should you wish to cancel your child's membership at the end of your first calendar month with us, we will issue a full refund.

As our Kindergym (under 5's) and Gymnastics for All (school-aged recreational) classes are at capacity, or near capacity, we are unable to offer one-off trial classes as we exceed our record numbers across all programs.

*A new members is defined as a person who has not participated in any of our programs before*

- Refunds will not be provided for payment setup and processing fees from our payment provider, Payrix. Fees are: $2.20 to store new payment information, an .88c flat fee for paying via a bank account and 1.87%* of total fees when paying via credit card, which adds up quickly. *an additional 1.15% applies to international credit cards).

We strongly recommend using a bank account to avoid extra processing charges.
